Learn what you need to know to enjoy a safe and healthy walking lifestyle from experienced runner, coach, and owner of Ragged Mountain Running and Walking Shop, Mark Lorenzoni.  A runner for over 45 years himself, Mark has coached runners and walkers of all abilities on a volunteer basis since 1980. If you have already been involved in a walking or running program or are just beginning to consider the benefits of walking for your overall health, join Mark as he shares his expertise about the proper form and technique for walking, some tips for avoiding (or treating) injuries, how to identify and avoid stumbling blocks when you are beginning, and the best local places to walk.   Free and open to the community.
