Rachel Dillon-Cogswell has been a Licensed and Board Certified Massage Therapist since 2006, after
personally experiencing the benefits of massage during her pregnancy. She draws on
her past experience working at Atlantic Sports & Rehab and Keswick Hall Spa. Through
this, she provides each client with an integrated and customized massage that
addresses their individual needs. Rachel enjoys learning and developing new skills to
better help her clients achieve their goals. Her therapeutic massage incorporates a
number of modalities, including but not limited to the following:

Swedish • Deep Tissue • Trigger Point • Myofascial • Cupping •
Cross-Fiber Friction • Energy Work • Reflexology • Aromatherapy

Regular massage promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and eases pain.
