Trusts – Who Needs One and Why
There are many good reasons to create a trust to manage your estate – both while you’re living and after you pass away. Creating a Trust is NOT just for the very wealthy.   Trusts come in a variety ‘flavors’ – they can be relatively simple or they can be quite complex.  In this session, we’ll start with the simple and look at some of the reasons you might consider using a Trust to meet your planning needs.

May 21 -  Medicaid Planning and Paying for Care
There's a lot of talk about Nursing home care and how much it costs.  Some confusion about Medicaid v. Medicare.  Questions about what happens to your home and other assets when you need care for a long period of time. When does Medicaid pay and how to I plan for that?  In this program, we'll explore when and how you become eligible for Medicaid assistance.

WILL NOT MEET IN JUNE
