Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 30–April 22, 10:00–10:30 am

Join Joanne Coleman, a nurse practitioner trained in exercise physiology, for four weeks of low impact exercise via Zoom (30 minutes twice a week). If you have limited exercise tolerance and mobility, this is for you. Sessions will focus on increasing joint mobility, building exercise tolerance, and more. At the end of this class, you should feel comfortable choosing exercise programs to continue regularly. Free and open to all. Email Joanne to register.
