Fitness Room Orientation (December 2)

Make the most of your work out through this hands-on class with experienced personal trainers, Pete Cross and Beth Valorz as they walk you through the many facets of an effective work out in The Center’s fitness room.
You will learn how to use each machine at a setting appropriate to you, receive a personalized exercise routnine on a card that will help you track your future workouts, and learn how to improve the benefits of walking and other heart-focused exercises. Space is limited to 6 people per session. This class is taught on alternate Thursdays at 6:15pm.
Free and open to all. Registration required below. Deadline for registering is 12 noon the day of the class.
