You’ve probably heard, “Lift weights to get stronger, aid in balance, build bone density, and increase muscle mass.”

Where do you begin?

Register for our demo weight training class!

You will engage in a strength training routine utilizing dumbbells. Every muscle group will be worked, giving you a full-body workout. A variety of exercises will be demonstrated (standing, seated, and on the floor).

*Mats required for floor exercises.
